Daniel Beggiato
Founder and Managing Director
Daniel is the founder and managing director of Talentscoutry TM GmbH. He brings more than 10 years of professional experience in HR management in corporate structures as well as medium-sized companies. He was responsible for HR management at a large German hospital group consisting of acute hospitals and rehabilitation clinics and most recently at one of Europe's largest nursing home operators. Daniel is a sparring partner for our customers and project partners and works together with our network to find the right solution in each case.
Daniel's Special Talents:
He can recognise songs by the first three chords, is pretty sure of his lyrics around the campfire and is an advocate for the preservation of Swabian dialect.

Rebekka Brandenburger
Head of Nursing Education
As her career progressed, she took on a leadership role in a private psychiatric clinic with a focus on post-traumatic stress disorder. Following her parental leave and the birth of her two children (2020 and 2022), she returned to clinical practice in 2023, but consciously decided to pursue a new professional direction. She found this in the field of outpatient assisted living groups and day care services, where she again worked in a leadership position. In this environment, she was able to fully develop her strengths in organizational skills, team leadership, and her passion for working with people. She also completed further training as a nursing services manager.
Since February 2025, Rebekka has been working as a freelance lecturer at Talentscoutry, where she discovered her passion for teaching and working with international nursing professionals. Since May, she has been Head of Nursing Education, leads Talenteducation, and is highly committed to participant support as well as the further development of the education sector. In addition, she completed further training as a practical instructor.
In her free time, Rebekka enjoys spending time with her family and children. She is active and likes to spend her leisure time engaging in outdoor and physical activities.

Alexandra Veronik
Head of Operations
Alexandra worked for many years in top international companies in the automotive and fashion and textile industries and spent several years in Italy. She loves challenges and the opportunity to actively shape things - which is why she decided to take a new path with Talentscoutry in 2018. Alexandra successfully completed her studies in international business administration at ESB Reutlingen in Germany and in London and has also been trained as a business coach since 2019.
Alexandra's Special Talents:
Her grandfather passed on a certain artistic talent to her, which is why she picks up a paintbrush herself from time to time. And she loves to plan and organise - from children's birthday parties to backpacker trips.

Frederik Maybaum
Project Manager Talent Scouting and Business Development
He is passionate about challenging intercultural projects and, after assignments in development cooperation and as a relocation consultant, worked in the management of an international hotel chain, for which he supervised IT transformation projects in seven European countries, Argentina and China.
Frederik received his M.A. in Ethnology, Sinology and Religious Studies from the Free University of Berlin and a certificate in Chinese language from Beijing Normal University and completed the postgraduate course "Intercultural Japan Competence for University Graduates" at the Universities of Tübingen and Kyoto. He was a scholarship holder of the German Academic Exchange Service and the Alfried Krupp von Bohlen und Halbach Foundation.
Frederik's Special Talents:
Frederik already went to kindergarten in Malaysia and to school in China, so he also speaks Chinese - and the fascination for Asia and travelling in general has never left him. He also likes to visit local heavy metal concerts.

Gabriela Dörfel
Back office Sales and Key Account
In the area of back office sales and key account management, she supports the various administrative issues required. She is responsible for organizing the migration and arrival of the candidates, for the registration for required adaptation measures as well as the coordination and close interaction with customers and agencies.
Gabriela's Special Talent:
She dedicates a lot of time and attention to her son and her Belgian shepherd dog. Both share her varied leisure and sporting activities. She is constantly looking for the latest knowledge about dog training and is involved as a godmother in an animal shelter.

Martina Möbus
Key Account & Management Assistance
Martina's Special Talents: Her free time belongs to her dogs, with whom she spends as much time as possible in nature. She has fulfilled her heart's desire and resocializes dogs from poor husbandry or from mass breeding and helps them to a good start in a new phase of their lives.

Louise Villarin
Project Manager Talent Integration
Louise is an integration manager at Talentscoutry. Her goal is to always find the best possible solution for all parties involved: In the past for the travellers, now for the candidates and employers who benefit from her experience, her motivation as well as her creativity.
Louise's Special Talents:
No way, no how! Her "head" is German, the heart is Asian... and Louise loves music, she can play the guitar and loves to sing

Suzana Beggiato
Head of Talent Education
As a humanities scholar, she brings with her a wealth of experience in the educational landscape: She graduated in English and German Studies from the Eberhard Karls University of Tübingen. After completing her Master of Arts (M.A.), she worked as a journalist, in PR/public relations, as a pedagogical assistant and was active as a teacher of German as a foreign language in the school system, among other things, as well as in adult education.
Suzana's Special Talents:
Suzana is our bookworm and finds the right book recommendation for everyone. She is driven by giving our talents multiple opportunities through access to the world of digital education.

Stephan Wätzig
Talent Education – Lecturer Team / Administrator Academy
Stephan's Special Talents:
At Talentscoutry he can also demonstrate his personal and social skills, such as communication skills, self-organisation and flexibility, on a daily basis.

Thi Lan Phuong Nguyen
Accounting
At Talentscoutry, Phuong is responsible for financial accounting.
She enjoys dealing with numbers and her expertise is in accounting.
Phuong's Special Talents:
Phuong is a culture vulture and therefore loves to travel. She works her magic with Vietnamese cuisine and is always up for culinary experiments

Anne-Katrin Hinz
Talent Education - Team of lecturers
In addition, Anne is herself a lecturer at the Online Academy and teaches courses on exam preparation and communication skills. She holds the telc examiner licenses German B1-B2 and German Care. As a passionate foreign language learner, she is able to make her lessons enthusiastic and inspiring. To do this, she draws on her diverse experience gained through teaching in Germany, Brazil, Mexico, China, the Philippines and online.
Anne's Special Talents:
Anne likes to track down new and unknown things with her gift of discovery and is unwavering in her perseverance.

Konstantin Eirich
Head of Finance
Konstantin's Special Talents:
Konstantin is almost always in a positive mood and likes to help colleagues. Even under great stress, he will look for a solution – he never gives up. As a balance to office work, Konstantin likes to go fishing. He is also passionate about growing vegetables such as tomatoes in his own garden.

Milena Lütz
Finance & Controlling
Through her international experience, she has been pursuing the goal of smoothing the challenging path for foreign professionals on their way to Germany for 10 years. She has worked in the areas of language training, relocation, placement and the development of a digital platform. She accompanied various projects in the field of placement and integration of skilled workers in the professional fields of IT, nursing and medicine. Currently, Milena is responsible for the areas of finance and controlling.
Her interdisciplinary interests were shaped in her studies of European Studies in Maastricht and Political Science and Linguistics in Barcelona, for further immersion she completed her Executive Master of Business Administration in Rotterdam and Cologne in 2020 while working.
Milena's Special Talents:
Milena likes challenges and meets them with openness and curiosity

Antonie Maybaum
Back Office
With profound intercultural experience and organizational talent, Antonie previously managed the logistics of the aid organization Save the Children Deutschland e.V. and designed relocation solutions for international executives.
Antonie is a graduate of Freie Universität Berlin, where she earned a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Sinology, Philosophy, and Sociology. As a scholarship holder of the German Academic Exchange Service, she also studied in China and Uzbekistan. She worked as a Research Assistant at the 0East Asian Seminar of the Freie Universität Berlin and for the Environmental Education Center CESDRRC in Beijing.
Antony's Special Talents:
Antonie's passion is geography, which is why she loves to spend her time near volcanoes or on one of the oceans.

Anke Huber-Kilgus
Nursing lecturer
For the past 3 years (2019-early 2022), Anke has worked in a private psychiatric hospital - 2 of those years as a nursing supervisor.
She was born in Saarland, is married and has lived in Bad Peterstal since 2011 - she has 2 sons of her own and 2 stepsons - all grown up 😊.
Anke's Special Talents
Her motto in life is "make lemonade out of lemons" which has often helped her in difficult situations. In her private life, she loves being at home in the beautiful Black Forest and spending time with her husband and their two dogs. She likes to hike and enjoys nature. And her great passion is acting - she can be seen at the "Freie Bühne" in Oppenau.

Kerstin Schott
Back Office
She has already gained a lot of experience in the care of the elderly. Both in the administrative and management area as well as "directly with people" as a senior citizen assistant.
Working in a great team corresponds to her heart's desire and through her pronounced social vein and empathy she passionately works with and for people.
Special Talents
Her favourite saying is: "He who sows a flower for others, blossoms himself"
Kerstin has a friendly and balanced nature, loves nature and her Golden Retriever. She supports seniors, people with dementia and their families not only through conversation and expertise, but also through appropriate activities, creativity and accordion music. Spending time together with friends is very important to her...because "the best antiques are old friends".
